Every sponsor means a different portal, form, and set of rules. This number usually explains more than any other.
Practice staff, a family member, nobody. Be honest if the answer is nobody.
Email, calendar, spreadsheets, a notes app, anything else. Including “nothing formal”.
An unpaid fee, an unfiled expense, a reply you owe someone. Something specific.
This one matters more than it looks.
